I was in dire need of help and Julia was quick to respond and came the next day. My son took quickly to her with smiles and enjoyed the time she spent with us until my maternity leave was up. I highly recommend her!

We hired Julia for a short-term position to bridge the gap before our son (5 months old) started daycare, and she was wonderful. Julia was responsible, attentive, and an excellent communicator. She kept our little one engaged with activities, read lots of books, and sang songs throughout the day. You can truly tell how much she loves being around children. We immediately felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care. We would highly recommend Julia for any temporary or long-term nanny position.

Julia was our nanny for about 8 months! Our daughter was 4 months old when Julia first started with us. Julia was kind, nurturing, responsible and trustworthy. When working with our daughter, Julia promoted her development by doing age appropriate activities with her. Our daughter absolutely loved Julia, and felt comfortable with her. Julia is very kind and clearly enjoys what she does. She picked up our kids from daycare and put them to bed. She is extremely organized keeping notes for me about the kids. She is also very aware of our family routine and worked hard to stick to it. She asks questions. We unfortunately did not have enough hours that she was looking for. 

Julia is an excellent nanny! She cared for our twins from age 6-8mo old and handled the chaos well. She was always on time and arrived with a great attitude. Julia followed their schedules well and always put the them first, caring for them as if they were her own. Julia is great communicating with the family and ensuring the children’s needs are met. Above & beyond, she made sure dishes were done and clean bottles were ready for us at the end of the day.

I have to write this recommendation because Julia is incredible! I was in town for an important wedding when my sitter cancelled very last minute. I reached out to Julia on care.com and she responded almost immediately. We then switched over to a phone call conversation where Julia asked me very thorough questions regarding my son and his needs. We arranged a time for her to arrive to our campground and she showed up right on time. Not only did she just show up- she stopped at the store and picked up a paw patrol gift bag (after telling her that my son loved paw patrol) filled with coloring supplies, bubbles and play dough, My son took to her right away. Julia is very kind, patient and you can feel her love and passion for children radiating from her soul. I normally spend more time with sitters before hiring but Julia made me immediately comfortable. They played and played, she fed him dinner and got my son sound asleep (which usually doesn't happen) and he woke up the next morning happy as ever and asking for her. She sent me photos of him a couple times to ease my nerves. The only downfall to this entire situation is that she doesn't live in Massachusetts where we are from! She is a gem and any family would be lucky to have her.

Julia is very sweet and has a lot of patience with children. She is also creative and has lots of fun ideas! She would be a wonderful caregiver for any family.

I hired Julia to care for my 7 month old baby. Julia is bubbly, cheerful and capable of providing excellent care for your little ones. She is a mom of her own, and very loving and careful in everything she does. I was so impressed by the detailed hand written record she kept of all my child's meals, diapers, and bottles. Additionally, she was always reliable. My childcare needs changed, which is when Julia left us. She was wonderful with my son during the time she was with us!!
