We had a great experience with Julia. She was very communicative from the start - it was easy to confirm the appointment, and Julia asked us some good questions to get to know our kid's schedule and likes/dislikes before showing up. It ended up being a great day - our 2-year old really enjoyed playing with Julia, and the day went smoothly. Would definitely recommend Julia to other families!
