I'm a self employed, nurturing, single mom of a high schooler with some extra time on my hands . I have always enjoyed the wisdom and company of the elderly and would love to assist you with your loved one by cooking, cleaning, running errands, playing games, walking, etc. I make my own work schedule and can be flexible, but have about 2 days a week I can offer. I am warm and empathetic, organized, very active, self motivated and task oriented . I also teach yoga and can help with any mobility/strengthening needs. I'd love the opportunity to help however you need.
