About Julia

Hello! My name is Julia, I am a reliable 30-year-old gal offering elder support to your loved ones between now until the beginning of August for AM morning shifts with availability to support evenings and weekends, if needed! I am a graduate educated individual who works as a health coach during the week. I have 5 years of experience working in home health care as a nursing assistant in Minnesota (where I'm from originally, not certified in CA) with experience providing care to our treasured elders. I cook, clean, support range of motion exercise, mental wellbeing support, mindfulness care, crafting, outdoor/nature time, and much more! I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby and will be unable to provide further care past August 1. I will also be leaving on vacation to Minnesota May 18 - June 2.
