Julie's performance started strong and we were very pleased at 1st but over time it began to vary depending on who was there with her. She spendt alot of time on the phone speaking in her language during her shift with her ear buds on. When we discussed our concerns she would become very defensive. She left us in a bad way when she decided not to show up for her shift without notice. At 1st we were concerned but realized she abandoned her responsibilites when she ignored our call to check on her.
