Juewell is a very experienced, caring, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, competent caregiver. She helped us for the last 4 months of my mom's life. My mom was 88, had dementia and needed a lot of help with everything. We felt very safe having Juewell caring for her. She bathed her, helped her with toileting & dressing, gave her meds & nebulizer, helped her with eating and was a companion to her. My mom wasn't always easy but Juewell made it seem easy. Her competence & calm assurance gave my mom a routine that made my mom feel safe & our whole family really appreciated her help. My mom lived at my niece's home & I know my niece felt the most comfortable with having Juewell there; she liked her the best of all the aides we had. I can't say enough good things about Juewell - she was a God-send to us at a very difficult time & I'm so thankful we found her for my mom. I give my highest recommendation to anyone interested in hiring her.
