Hello - My name is Judy and I have been working in the cleaning industry for several years. Over that time, I've enjoyed myself, and I have learned a lot. Importantly, it is critical that I listen to my clients and take notes so that I will remember each clients preferences, must-haves, and please-don'ts. It's not wise to assume anything, instead it's always better to communicate. Clients have different expectations, so knowing what those expectations are, and how to execute them to the client's satisfaction - effectively and efficiently - is critical to retaining ongoing work. I've also learned that I'm only as good as my last cleaning. I cannot afford to have a dissatisfied customer, so I always make sure that what I have given them my absolute best.
