About Judith

My name is Judy, I'm currently working as a paraprofessional in an autism classroom . In the past I worked for an agency providing services for deaf-blind developmentally disabled adults in group home settings . I started out as a residential specialist working directly w the residents while finishing high school and a vocational nursing program passing my LPN boards . While in school I also worked one summer in a nursing home as an aid . I continued on as a group home manager and later was promoted to a position where I was mentoring and overseeing multiple group home managers. After 15 yrs I decided to resign and be a stay at home mom . I have three grown children, one out of college and two still in . I am a very patient , gentle and caring person. I believe every one of all ages deserves respect and dignity. I believe in getting to know someone's personality , strengths and needs to fully be able to provide the support them. I enjoy caring for and helping others .
