About Judith

I am a certified nursing assistant, and I am a certified basic life support (CPR) with over 6 years of experience. I worked at a geriatric center and Westchester medical center for adults , I do home care. I monitor and supervise individuals to ensure their safety, health, and welfare. I assist with activities of daily living. I perform vital signs , I assist with g tube and tracheotomy, I am strongly believer in infection control. I perform finger sticks, I record daily input and output, I work with hospice and cancer patient. I work with patient leaving rehab and need to regain strength, I work with individuals that does radiation and chemotherapy, I work with families who need home care I prepare meals, I do patients laundry, I accompany individuals to their doctors appointments, I take them shopping at the mall, I take them to the movies, and the restaurant and I strongly believe in physical activities so I will take individuals to the gym if necessary.
