About Juan R

I originally hired Juan R (Bobby) to care for my Mom back in 2016. She had Lewy Body Dementia. Previously she had been in 2 different memory care facilities but wasn’t receiving the kind of care she needed. Bobby’s care was loving and my Mom spent her last 5 months surrounded in his loving care. Then in 2025, my Dad’s dementia had escalated and he needed more care. I called Bobby and he agreed to care for him immediately. My Dad was treated like a member of the family. I am convinced if you can’t do it yourself, there is no better care than Bobby. From the very first day he treated my Dad with patience, dignity and warmth, never as a diagnosis, but as a person who had lived an amazing life as a Vietnam veteran. Even on harder days, and there were plenty, he stayed calm and kind, always quick to redirect gently instead of correcting. He found ways to bring out laughter, music, memories for my dad. He was amazing with the medication’s and modified with permission when needed. He communicated so well with me consistently so we always knew how every day was going. What sets Bobby apart is his heart behind his skills. It also gave our family real peace of mind.
