Juana is a true gem for any family looking for a loving nanny! She came into our lives 4 years ago when my son turned 5 months and I sadly returned to work. She is looking for a new family now that I have the opportunity to take some time off to devote to him. The reason we fell in love with Juana during the interview process was not only was she great with babies, but you could vividly see her passion for kids. She still has dinner with the 18-year-old she nannied for as a baby when he comes home from college, and still takes the 10-year-old (from a separate family) to fun events on the weekends. We could tell she was not just a nanny, but loves these kids like her own. I constantly get unsolicited feedback on how wonderful she is with my son (from the gymnastics coach, music teacher, etc). She is always 5 mins early, never in a hurry to leave at the end of the day, and I always come back to a tidy home. Juana will be missed but will always remain a part of our family!
