About Juana

Hi! My name is Juana. I have several years of experience working with children, including over two years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported kids with different personalities, needs, and routines. I'm patient, reliable, and very attentive to safety while also making sure kids feel comfortable, supported, and have fun. I enjoy creating engaging activities, helping with routines, and building positive connections with children. I'm calm under pressure, organized, and great at communicating with parents to make sure everyone feels confident and at ease. I'm looking to help families who want a caring, responsible, and positive babysitter who truly enjoys working with kids.
