About Joy

Hi! I'm Joy, a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with experience in substitute teaching and babysitting. I love helping children learn, grow, and feel supported, and I strive to make every family feel confident and comfortable with my care! I'd describe my personality as charismatic, funny, and kind. I like working with kids because I believe that children are the future, and having an extension of parental love and respect it's important to maintaining the next generation of children. I believe in encouraging children to enjoy their childhood which should be fun and exciting! I'm looking for a job that offers stability and consistency. I started working with kids when Covid began. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, and spend time with family. I prioritize the parents goals with the children most of all, and always uphold respect and trust with kids. My skills include emotional intelligence/support, attentiveness, and childhood development.
