Joyous is an exceptional woman. I have an eleven month old daughter that she works around. She will move to the room that is away from her while she takes naps showing that she truly cares for her clients, and their desires. She is kind-hearted, punctual, hard working, flexible and willing to listen to improvements that can be made. She is detail-oriented and has a truly peaceful disposition. She listens well and makes a connection with you, in other words, she feels like a familiar friend. She does a phenomenal job cleaning our home and the cleaning products she uses smell AMAZING! I love that she uses natural products so I don't have to worry about my baby. I would definitely hire Joyous again and I can't recommend her enough. We love her.
