I cannot say enough great things about Joy -- she was an absolutely SPECTACULAR employee, providing hands-on care for my disabled father for several months. Professionally speaking, she was punctual, dependable, and trustworthy. Personally, she is warm, caring, and has a great sense of humor. When caring for my dad, there were good relaxing days, and incredibly difficult days. Joy was there through all of it; always with a positive attitude and always able to make my dad smile. She cared for my father like he was her own father, and he loved her like family. She even stuck around and helped my family through a difficult transition when he died. She's a great employee, became a great friend, and I highly recommended her to provide exceptional care with the perfect balance of professionalism and personal kindness.
