About Joy

As a caregiver with six years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and well-being. My journey began with helping my grandmother run her daycare, and has now evolved into a job. Being a recent high school graduate, I am looking to save money going into college. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and concerns. I follow their preferred communication method and provide verbal updates during pickup. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by following the parents' lead and ensuring a safe and consistent environment for the children. My favorite part about being a caregiver is making playtime both educational and fun. I enjoy engaging in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate young minds. I can comfortably care for up to five children of various age groups, from infants to preteens. I am not available from July 13-21, and I leave for school on August 20th.
