Hi! My name is Joyce, and I have several years of experience caring for children of different ages. I was a high school teacher in Brazil, which helped me develop strong communication, patience, and organization skills when working with kids and teens. I follow a gentle parenting approach, focusing on respect, emotional support, and positive guidance. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable being themselves. I'm responsible, attentive, and reliable, and I am always open to support both children's development and parents' routines. I'm also happy to help with homework, daily routines, and light household tasks related to the kids. I've been caring for two energetic boys over the past three years, so I have plenty of experience keeping up with active kids and channeling their energy into fun and positive activities.
