Joyce is a very calm, respectful and trustworthy lovely lady. She did a great job taking care of mom and was always helpful with anything we needed. She took recordings of her BP, sugars and whatever we needed in a timely fashion. Mom had dementia and was very difficult at times but Joyce knew how to handle her very well. I would totally hire her again without any reservation.
