About Joyce

Hi there! I am excited to have the opportunity to work with children. I have always had a passion for working with kids and I believe that my skills and experience make me a great fit for this role. Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings. I have volunteered at my church, worked at summer camps, and even worked as a teacher aided . In each of these roles, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills and learn more about what it takes to work effectively with children. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with children. I am patient, kind, and I have a natural ability to put kids at ease. I am also a great communicator and I am able to clearly explain expectations and rules to children in a way that they can understand. I understand the importance of keeping children safe. I am also creative and I enjoy coming up with fun and engaging activities for kids to do.
