I have experience with babies as young as a few weeks old, sleep training, feeding schedules, soothing techniques, and helping establish healthy sleep habits. I spent three years with one family following the Montessori approach, encouraging independence, hands-on learning, and respect for each child's natural pace for both ages 3 and 8 yo. I love going on walks, teaching, crafts and science projects.. very good in having good communication with them and knowing and respecting their feelings. I know how uncomfortable it is to go out for the first time, so I'm happy to relieve any anxieties with extra introductions, being on camera, and sending updates throughout our time together. I'm most comfortable with the gentle parenting approach.

Joyce was our nanny for almost 3 years. She started when my baby was 3 months old and my oldest was 5. I do Montessori at home. She would adapt with the kids routine. Joyce is incredibly patient and could settle any situation, no matter how crazy the day got, between school pickup, my oldest’s after-school activities, swim class, music class, library, playdates. I never had to worry about a thing. The girls were obsessed with her. There were so many moments where I thanked God she was there, sick days, work emergencies.. The only reason we don’t have her anymore is that both girls are now in school full time.
