Joyah is great! We plan to have her with our family consistently 2 days a week (wish I could afford more because she's incredible!) She has helped me with my 13 month old and 2 week old while I'm in the home but also fine if I need to run out. She is VERY interactive with my toddler and not just babysitting eyes. She takes charge on her own without direction and asks questions.
