About Jovana

Hello! I am an early childcare teacher teaching ages 3-4 for two years now and I love it! I currently teach at Goddard School in Darien and really enjoy the work culture. I've always had both a passion for education and children. I tutored my peers in college, and frequently help my three little sisters, who are all different ages going through the public school system, with their homework. My favorite subjects to teach are Art, Science, Music, Dance, and English. If I were to tutor your student, I would take extra time and attention to detail, as well as help your student feel more confident in their abilities, so that they feel equipped to proceed with excitement instead of worry or nerves in the classroom. As someone who needed additional tutoring help throughout my public school education, I feel very passionately about being an understanding and empathetic tutor.
