I am a retired nurse, however I no longer am licensed. The last 21 years of my career was focused on the geriatric population at an outpatient wound care clinic. I have worked with multiple clients providing various levels of care. I find it extremely satisfying to assist seniors with all sorts of tasks including meal preparation, medication management, physical activities, transportation needs, to mention a few, so that they can remain in their homes. I cannot do heavy lifting or transfers. I am a deeply compassionate person who has a genuine desire to help my clients feel happy, safe and well-cared for.

We have had the pleasure of Jo helping my father for almost a year. We feel so fortunate to have her in our lives. My father has made tremendous progress since wanting to return to his home and live somewhat independently. Jo had been instrumental in making this a possibility. She is so kind, smart and dependable. She's an amazing cook and with her nursing background handles all of my dad's meds. She took time out of her life to help my dad by taking him to the ER and staying with him until his release. I was so nervous about my dad living on his own, but with responsible, caring, dependable care like Jo offers it has been the best decision ever. She is a blessing to our family.
