I am a passionate and experienced babysitter/nanny with over 10 years of private childcare experience. Growing up as the oldest of four I was often responsible for my little brothers and sister which quickly sparked my interest in child care. Beginning at the young age of 12 I started watching the friends of my siblings for a few hours here and there and quickly progressed into an overnight sitter and eventually a full-time nanny. Over the course of the years, I've had the privilege of working with several families big and small with children ranging in age from newborn to 12 years old and I truly enjoy the different stages and personalities in between. I am very hands-on and enjoy cooking, being outside, and letting kids be kids. I'm patient, understanding, and encouraging even in the not so glorious moments. Jourdyn was one of our absolute favorite child care professionals we've hired over the years. She is trustworthy, punctual, dependable, is a great communicator, incredibly great judgment, and I relied on her to take care of my child, our home and our pets. She has a "can do" attitude. There was nothing she would not help with. My child loved her, and even though she's not been with our family for a while now, we still keep in touch and visit when we can. She has a great attitude, very positive, very intelligent and capable. I would unconditionally recommend her for whatever your family needs. You'd be very lucky to have her in your home.
