About Joss

Hi! My name is Joss Ray, I have been working in childcare for about 4 years now and I find it so fulfilling. Working with children and witnessing their growth is what I hope to be doing for as long as I can. For the past four years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged 1-11, and I find it incredibly rewarding. My background includes Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework and a Child Development Associate (CDA). I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I try my best to be patient and understanding, I have a knack for creativity and puzzles, and also love swimming with all my heart. I work with many kids at once right now so would feel comfortable with 1-3 on my own. I tend to abide by what the parents implement in so far as house rules and general discipline. I also have 5 pets of my own, all of whom I consider my own kids, and am completely (excitedly) comfortable around animals! I have worked with dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, horses, among other farm animals and such.
