I've been a child care provider for 30 years, working in homes, daycare centers and as an after-school provider at a Waldorf school. I've worked with kids of all ages, mostly infants and toddlers between six months and four years. I specialize in optimizing early cognitive development by activating innate pro-social potentials and administering consistent structure in the interactive environment for their fulfillment and refinement. In this way I ensure that my charges are well equipped with conscientiousness, attentiveness, self-regulation and richness of emotional processing, articulation, calm self-sufficiency, empathy and aesthetic sensitivity. I especially focus on preventing and correcting issues associated with the third year like speech delays, attention deficits, antisocial behavior, etc. I emphasize art, music, literature and nature time, as well as the introduction of academic rudiments.
