Jossette was very polite and easy-going. My son has dietary allergies, and Jossette understood specific instructions regarding mealtimes very well which gave me peace of mind. My son is currently in a cast from a broken leg, and Jossette was absolutely fine helping him with any extra needs like walking and going to the bathroom. I appreciated how well she communicated to make sure that C.'s needs were met during her care.
