About Joslyn

My name is Joslyn and I have over 10 years of childcare experience working with children from infancy through school age, including long-term nannying, preschool support, and behavioral therapy. In my most recent long-term nanny role, I cared for two children starting at 9 months and 2 years old for five years, where I developed structured daily routines, created a homeschool curriculum, and planned engaging, screen-free activities that supported their development. I take a hands-on, intentional approach to childcare, coming prepared each day with age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence. I also value flexibility and always meet children where they are, adjusting plans based on their needs, energy, and interests. I am most comfortable working with children ages 2 and up, enjoy caring for multiple children, and prioritize strong communication and collaboration with parents.
