Josi did a great job watching our three-month-old son full-time over the past two weeks. She's caring and gentle, and she takes initiative. She asked if she could give him a bath (of course!) and took him out on walks around the neighborhood, which he loves. She also read to him and played with him. We will definitely hire her again (we only needed help for a couple weeks this time).
