About Josie

I'd describe my personality as intentional, honest, and kind. I like working with kids because I come from a big family myself and we are constantly growing. Being an aunt is one of the greatest joys in my life and carrying this over to other families brings me much purpose. I love the stages kids go through and being able to be a strong example for them is important. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and that needs the support. I started working with kids when I was as young as 16 years old. In high school and college I would spend summers watching kids. In my spare time, I like to work out, spend time with my husband, go for walks, and I LOVE spending time at coffee shops. One thing you should know about me is that I am energetic, engaging and creative. My first priority is keeping kids safe and having them feel comfortable with me. I want to support the family in any way they need. My skills include strong communication, honesty, and outgoing.
