I have worked as a nanny and a daycare provider in the past. I have two grand children I currently care for that are 2y and 6y old. I'd describe my personality as smart, fun and artistic I like working with kids because they are so fun and unpredictable I started working with kids when I was 15 as apart time nanny and I still do childcare at 49. In my spare time, I like to paint and take care of over a 100 houseplants. I spend most of my spare time with my grandkids. They are amazing. One thing you should know about me is I love doing arts and crafts with kids. I am a crazy plant lady and I have a rescue dog. I have been married for 30 years with two children. My skills include patience, understanding and alternative communication techniques. I raised an autistic son and now two grand children with similar neurodivergence.

Josie is very trustworthy and kind, she is knowledgeable on kids needs and a joy to be around. My son is 5 and he absolutely loves it when she watches him. She would be a wonderful addition around ones home and children.
