About Josiane

Hello, My name is Josiane, and I'm a trained CNA, HHA, and PCT with experience in assisted living and three years of hospice care. I truly enjoy caring for seniors and helping them feel safe, comfortable, respected, and independent in their daily lives. I have experience providing personal care, companionship, assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supporting individuals with memory-care needs. My hospice experience has also taught me the importance of patience, compassion, dignity, and communicating with families during difficult moments. I understand that inviting someone into your home to care for a loved one requires trust. I take that responsibility seriously and treat every person with the same kindness and respect I would want for my own family.
