Josh was dishonest and not transparent. I interviewed several candidates before moving forward with Josh but due to his lack of transparency and dishonestly, I discontinued working with Josh after one session. The night before our first session he insisted on zoom sessions instead of in-person sessions but resolved the issue when I indicated to go with someone else. A week after the first session he asked for a minimum of four hours per week to continue.
