About Josette

I am a family woman. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, of Italian and Jewish background. I have tremendous energy and focus. I am an excellent chef, I can prepare anything! I am from a long line of chefs. My daughter happens to be a celebrity chef. I have spent most of my life caring and raising three fabulous children. I have loved being a committed mentor and caretaker of my three children. I have also cared for relatives children over the years. My experience with kids, newborn to 35. I love all animals, I have two Shih Tzu (2 years young) that I simply adore, they are my babies. I have taken care of animals for families over the years. My three children are successful, college graduates and one celebrity chef! I did an amazing job with all three, and I'm quite proud. I love and respect children. They are what makes this world beautiful. I can help out with homework, make sure good nutritious meals are prepared. I was a caretaker to my grandmother and father who were ill over the years. I am respectful, committed, on time and reliable. I have an excellent driving record, no moving violations, I have never caused any road accidents. I do not smoke, drink, use drugs, illegal or prescribed. I'm more of a vegan. However, I can prepare just about anything. My health is excellent, I practice, yoga, fitness and good nutrition. I love to sing, dance and watch old classic movies. I have a degree in Music from UNLV in Las Vegas. Pursuing writing for film and Television. I'm currently a vocalist in a Jewish choir and was a vocalist in a rock band for several years.
