About Josette

I'm a nationally accredited Montessori teacher with 10 years of preschool teaching experience and now work as a professional nanny and mother's helper. My passion is helping children build confidence, independence, and life skills through fun, engaging, hands-on learning. I believe **competence breeds confidence**, and I love empowering children to do and feel their best every day. I have experience with preschool and kindergarten readiness, tutoring through 3rd grade, early literacy and math, children with dyslexia, autism, and creating supportive environments for children with sensory differences. I offer nurturing childcare while encouraging independence, curiosity, kindness, and a love of learning. My rates start at $30/hour, with specialized educational support available. I have had many kinds of pets over the years and am happy to help with yours as well. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat that are best friends.
