About Joseph

While I am just beginning on this website, my journey in senior care started years ago. Raised by a military Father and a church going Mother, they gave me loving, positive attention, as well as direction and discipline to face anything life could put in front of me.. I cared for my own Mother in her time of need and loved every minute of our time together. I also work with a paraplegic man who I've been helping for years. I'm a great cook who can work with the patient to make them happy while eating healthy. I know the importance of moving the body in order to promote healthy blood flow and pressure. I use positive energy and positive talk to help get people to want to get active and live better. I hope this gives you insight as to who I am and what my intentions are.
