About Josephine

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, responsible, and kind. I like working with kids because I love seeing their imaginations and how they communicate with one another. Working with kids remind me of who I used to be! I'm looking for a job that makes me feel accomplished, productive, and allows me to take on more responsibilities. I started working with kids when I was in 6th grade. My cousin was just born so I started babysitting her. When I first started high school, I started volunteering at Junior Achievement as a camp counselor during the summer. In the school year I helped out as much as possible. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my loved ones. I love going on walks, driving around, or even just sitting down to read a book. One thing you should know about me is I hold a lot of empathy. I take time to understand others' needs and situations so I can help them. My skills include communicative, collaborative, and direct.
