I'm Josie, a native to the area and the oldest of three siblings, which means I've been in the caregiving role for as long as I can remember! With eight years of past experience in childcare, I love creating fun, active environments for kids. Having played soccer through college, I enjoy keeping kids engaged with outdoor activities like sports and nature walks. I also enjoy board games, puzzles, and finding creative ways to spark curiosity and keep kids entertained indoors. At the same time, I understand the importance of following household rules, and I always respect the boundaries that parents set. Clear communication is essential to me, so I'll make sure we're always on the same page when it comes to your child's care. I'm CPR certified, fluent in both English and Spanish, and hold a college degree. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping-whatever makes your life a bit easier!
