About Josephine

Hello! My name is Josephine, and I am a compassionate, caring, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who truly enjoys helping others feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, I worked for five years as a CNA and caregiver, giving me a strong foundation in hands-on personal care . I have provided care in home health, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private-duty settings. My experience includes medication management, wound care, IV therapy and infusions, PICC line and catheter care, diabetes management, G-tube care, PleurX drainage, vital signs, health assessments, mobility assistance, fall prevention, and patient education. I am BLS certified and certified in IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal. I treat every client with patience, dignity, kindness, and respect while carefully monitoring their individual needs. My goal is to help clients feel safe, comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for while providing families with peace of mind.
