I've worked as a paramedic/critical care Team down in New York City with FDNY and moved UpState right after 911. Joe is an amazing caregiver! He is always on time and quickly learns exactly what you need. He does not wait to be told what to do, but will take charge and do what is needed. My husband had ALS and could not stand or walk and at the end could not talk, eat or swallow. Taking care of him was not easy, but Joe did everything with an extremely pleasant manner. If you hire Joe, you will not regret it!
