About Joseph

Hi! My name is Joey. I am 34 years old and taking the year off from my "traditional" work and going back to school to get my MBA. My Masters program is online and therefore I have time to help others! I am a certified personal trainer, certified yoga instructor, as well as a Reiki Master. I have reliable transportation. I work extremely well with people of all ages from children to the elderly. I can help with transportation, homework, babysitting, sports, house cleaning, walking pets, you name it! I have a great attitude and I am physically fit. I am a specialized children's yoga instructor and have lots of experience helping the elderly with care. I would say I am a pretty decent cook as well! I will always show up with a great attitude. I am certified in CPR and take safety as a first priority. My hobbies include: Reading, yoga, gardening, weight training, rock climbing, paddle boarding, hiking, and traveling. I hope to work together!
