Josie has been taking care of our 15 month old daughter for about 2 months now. She has been reliable, communicative, and so caring towards her. Our daughter looks forward to Josie's arrival everyday. Josie is very responsive towards our daughter, letting her lead the way (playing outside, at the park, reading, etc) and knowing when she needs to be changed, fed, and needs a nap. She even makes great suggestions for activities and has brought S. a couple toys. Josie has also helped us through when our daughter was having health issues. She is compassionate and so loving towards our daughter, when I think other Nannies would have had a hard time dealing with it. I wholeheartedly recommend Josie for any care-giving needs. Her extensive experience caring for her own children and many past nanny jobs really shows.
