About Jorde

Hello! My name is Jordé (Jor-day) and I am a speech-language pathology graduate student! I have 6 years' experience working with and caring for children (ages 2-12) and elderly adults. I was a teacher assistant at a daycare and babysat small children/toddlers for close friends and family. During these opportunities, I was able to provide the children with enriching learning experiences in a fun and safe environment! Additionally, before coming to North Carolina, I had the pleasure of taking care of my grandmother, who had a diagnosis of dementia and was a stroke survivor. I helped her with chores, drove her to her appointments, ran errands, and kept her company throughout the day. I am an organized, patient, and reliable caregiver. With my skill set and previous experiences, I am confident that I can provide excellent care for your loved ones!
