I have served in various environments where communicating with aging populations, in activities of daily living, activities and pastoral ministry I have also served alongside on-site healthcare staff in caring for residents admitted for long-term inpatient care and rehabilitation. It was in this role that I developed my personal support practices for older adults during major life transitions such as injury, loss of a partner, or even relocation of adult children.
