About Jordan

Hello! My name is Jordan, I am 22 years old, born and raised in Madison, WI and new to the Denver area! I am an advanced, 500 hour certified yoga instructor and a certified breathe work facilitator with extensive experience in movement and mindfulness. I am CPR-AED certified as well as a certified nursing assistant. I spent the majority of high school babysitting for families of various sizes and spent 3 of my college summers nannying for a wonderful family of 2 girls. I volunteered in a 4-year-old kindergarten classroom for two years, and have had extensive experience with the 3-6 age range including those with additional needs. I am passionate about sharing mindfulness techniques with children to give them the tools to regulate their body and emotions. It is my honor to be apart of your children and families lives and I sincerely look forward to connecting more!
