Jordan was our full time nanny for 2 years for our 2 daughters (4yr and 1yr) including while our youngest was first born. She and her daughter quickly became part of our village. She did a great job setting a consistent schedule while still having the girls do a range of activities. They were always going to a park or doing a craft or reading. Her patient work with our youngest helped her establish a consistent sleep schedule early on which really set her on a good track. The girls were always excited for Mondays for Miss Jordan to come through the door!
