About Jordan

My experience with kids began when I was just 7 years old within my church's nursery. Initially, it was like no other Sunday at church and my grandmother had prompted me to come into the nursery. I had no idea what was going to happen but was hit with a life-changing experience. An experience that allowed me to sit on a colorful frog and lily pad rug and open up one of my favorite books which is 'The Three Little Pigs'. While reading this book I could see the excitement in all of the kid's eyes and it was like they had just heard the story for the first time. I also had more experience beginning at age 12, babysitting the neighbor's kids or even some kids from church. As I got older I began babysitting my nephew as well. As a sitter it allowed me to understand kids more with how they think, and how their imagination is like no other! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State University.
