Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. As a caregiver with one year of experience and some college education, I provide live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I'm patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. Respecting independence is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I provide verbal updates or regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. Ultimately, I strive to be the kind of caregiver I would want for my own family.
