I am deeply moved to write this review for Jonathan, who has provided exceptional care for my 83-year-old father-in-law. When we first sought help, our family was spread across the country, and we needed someone trustworthy and compassionate to step in. My father-in-law had a history of negative experiences and was initially resistant to receiving help, but Jonathan exceeded all our expectations and became an invaluable asset to our family. Jonathan began his role at a challenging time. My father-in-law’s health and mental well-being were deteriorating, and his home had fallen into disrepair. Jonathan’s arrival marked a turning point. His knowledge, patience, and empathy were nothing short of extraordinary. Despite my father-in-law’s reluctance and skepticism, Jonathan’s dedication and gentle approach won his trust. He managed to bring my father-in-law's home back to life, transforming it from a cold unwelcoming storage space into a welcoming, beautiful environment. Jonathan started as a caregiver and has since taken on the role of Caregiver/Estate Manager with a level of care and commitment that truly goes above and beyond. He has not only managed the home with the utmost diligence but also provided the kind of personal attention that we would wish for our own parents. Thanks to Jonathan, my father-in-law is now smiling again and looks forward to his presence. More importantly, he has developed a strong sense of trust in Jonathan, something that had been hard to come by in the past. We are immensely grateful for Jonathan’s unwavering support and dedication. He has never let us down and has become an integral part of our family’s support system. It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the prospect of losing him, as we wish he could move with my Father in law to continue his exceptional care. My father in law
