About Jonathan

I am a compassionate and dependable professional with extensive experience supporting older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities. I currently work full-time as a Memory Care Director in an assisted living community, where I oversee the care and well-being of residents living with dementia and other cognitive challenges. In addition to my professional experience, I am also the parent of a son who is profoundly autistic, which has given me a deep personal understanding of the patience, consistency, advocacy, and compassion that individuals with disabilities and their families deserve. I genuinely enjoy helping others feel safe, respected, comfortable, and valued. I am looking for a part-time caregiving opportunity where I can use both my professional and personal experience to provide dependable, compassionate support to a senior or individual with developmental disabilities and give their family peace of mind.
